There are 2 shipping options;

2. If we do not have your order in your country warehouse;

After completing your purchase, your order will be delivered to you from our warehouse in your country, if we have in stock. If the product you have ordered is not available in our warehouse in your country, your order will be delivered from our warehouse in the country closest to you or to our warehouse in China where we produce and keep all of our products in stock.
The working days of our warehouses around the world are Monday to Saturday and after you have completed your purchase, your order will be processed on the next working day and will be prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours.
If the product you have ordered is found in our warehouse in your country, it will usually be delivered to your address within 2-5 days after your order is shipped.
If the product you ordered is not available in our warehouse in your country, it is usually delivered to your address within 7-15 days after it is shipped by express shipping method.
After your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address. After receiving the tracking number, you can track your order from Track Your Order section on our website.
Cancelling the Order
After receiving the order confirmation mail, you can contact us to cancel your order. If your order is still unshipped we will cancel your order. After your order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded without any deduction. We cannot cancel the order If your order dispatched before you contact us. However, you can return your order within 30 days after receiving it. Please see our return policy page.
Changing the Address
After placing your order, you can request a change of address until your order is shipped. Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, we cannot change any address. However, you can change your address by contacting the shipping company and asking for address change.
Lost Packages
In order to prevent the loss of your order, we send all orders with the obligation of delivery in return for sharing tracking number and signature of the receiver. However, in case your cargo is lost by the shipping company, we will refund the full amount you paid back to you. If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered to your delivery address, we cannot process a refund due to loss.
NOTE: The delivery times we have stated above are estimated and although the majority of the orders are delivered within the delivery times we have specified, sometimes delays may be experienced depending on the performance of the shipping companies.

RETURN
After receiving your order, if the product is not used and damaged, you can return it within 30 days without giving any reason. Please contact us with your e-mail address or order number via any of the communication channels on the Contact Us Page to request a refund. We have different return conditions for each country. Therefore, when requesting a refund, please do not forget to indicate your country of residence.
After we receive your return request, we will provide you with the steps necessary for the return, how and where to send your return. After we receive your return, we will refund the total amount back to you.
All returns need send to our United Kingdom return centre. Please, do not forget to mark as return when you are returning the item from outside of the United Kingdom. In the cause of if you do not mark as the return, any import taxes will be reduced from the refund amount.
EXCHANGE
At Rona Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange your product, we have a hassle-free exchange policy in place.
If you are not happy with size or item you can exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it.
We will bear up to 20% of the total order amount for the return shipping. The remaining cost will be the responsibility of the customer to avoid expensive return costs.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

RETURN COST
Unfortunately, we do not provide a free shipping label and we do not cover the return cost. However, if you request, we can provide you with a discount code (max %20 of the order amount) for your next purchase in the amount of return cost.
REFUND
We will refund the full amount to you within 24 hours after we receive your return. After your return has been processed, you will automatically receive an e-mail stating that your return has been processed. Your refund may take a certain amount of time to be transferred to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Since we use the SSL Certificate on our website, which is a superior security payment system, we cannot refund to a different card or account other than your payment method.
